What this NDA covers
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) protects sensitive information shared between two parties — for example during hiring conversations, vendor evaluations, or early partnership talks. Choose mutual if both sides will share confidential information, or one-way if only Party A is disclosing to Party B. The generated document includes a definition of confidential information, each party's obligations, standard exclusions (information that's already public or independently developed), a term length, and a governing-law clause.
Everything is generated locally in your browser using the open-source pdf-lib library — nothing you type here is ever sent to a server, which matters for a document that, by definition, exists to protect confidential details.
