Why exact pixel sizes matter
Every social platform crops or scales images that don't match its expected dimensions — sometimes cutting off faces or text, sometimes stretching a photo until it looks soft. Uploading an image at the exact pixel size a platform recommends avoids all of that: what you see in the crop preview is exactly what gets published.
